Spicy Scrambled Trini Eggs


I love eggs. They are nutritious and tasty as well as protein pack. Eggs are also said to control weight. And it’s like your personal energy source.

Ingredients:-

2 eggs
2 tbsp diced sweet peppers
2 tbsp diced onion
1 tsp Chive / scallion
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
1tsp pepper sauce

Method:-

1.       Place frying pan to hot. Add oil.
2.       In a bowl mix the sweet peppers, onion, salt, pepper sauce and mix of 45 seconds
3.       Pour mixture into the frying pan and cook until golden brown
4.       Serve with whole wheat toast or wrap
